As of May 11, we have re-opened our clinic in Rotterdam
The Dutch Government has softened the restrictions related to COVID-19 and our clinic is allowed to continue its operations and welcome back our patients. We are happy to welcome all patients from all countries who have the possibility to travel to Rotterdam to start or to continue their rehabilitation programs.
We are taking the re-opening responsibly and meet all the necessary safety measures at the clinic against COVID-19 spread.
As most of the countries still have certain travel restrictions due to COVID-19, you can check here – Interactive Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel Regulations Map of IATA (International Air Transport Association) – on the status of your travel possibilities. When planning your trip to Rotterdam, you can consult this page to find out which travel restrictions may be still in place in your country and in The Netherlands.
If you have questions regarding your already planned appointments or want to make some changes, please feel free to write to our planning department: firstname.lastname@example.org

New diagnostic opportunity for those who are outside the Netherlands
We are now launching the Online Diagnostics & Facial Condition Analysis
Receive a professional analysis of your current facial condition and discuss a prognosis for your recovery.
Online Diagnostics & Facial Condition Analysis is a remote analysis of your current facial condition and a summary of prognosis for your recovery. You can choose between a one-on-one 35 min diagnostic video session (where we discuss your current condition, share some advice and answer your questions) or an email assessment (you will receive our short summary of analysis results via email).
We have made this opportunity available for those of you, who are either in the acute phase of the facial palsy or who suffer from its long-standing residuals and complications. Our specialist and scientific researcher Alex Pashov will have your present condition assessed online and will answer your questions. He can also share with you his opinion about your prognosis for recovery.
Online Diagnostics & Facial Condition Analysis is available to all new patients, at all stages of facial palsy.
