Jana Fialova
Jana Fialova has first joined the clinic in 2012. Her fascination with the results achieved by our patients has inspired her to do more. In 2017 she completed the two years training in Neuro-Proprioceptive Rehabilitation. Since then she is working as a full-time specialist.

In summer 2018 she worked with long-standing facial palsy patients during Crystal Touch Face Sanatorium in Zell am See (Austria), and in October 2018 she took part in our Bell’s palsy seminar and workshop in London, UK. Michael Lysoy
Before joining Crystal Touch, Michael Lysoy already had an impressive record of helping patients with emotional and psychological issues while working within NHS structure in London, UK. His degree in psychology helps him to better understand and to properly address deep-rooted emotional imbalances and changes in self-esteem of our patients who are confronted with residuals and complications of long-standing Bell’s palsy as well as other types of facial palsies.
As a specialist of Crystal Touch clinic, Michael took an active part in our London seminar and workshop (October 2018) that had been organized to help Bell’s palsy patients from many countries to reduce residuals and complications of their long-standing disorder. Michael plays an important role in our Humanitarian project “Bring back your Smile!”. Together with the team, he travels the world to help long-standing Bell’s palsy patients who, due to financial constraints, cannot travel to Rotterdam for their rehabilitation programs. Within the scope of this project, in 2018 Michael worked with children and adults in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Moscow (Russia), and in Zell am See (Austria).
In 2019 Michael will continue to expand his expertise in rehabilitation of our patients and will become a part of our scientific research unit.
